I know that Kid Dracula is canon to the Castlevania series, but has it mentioned if he’s a full-blooded vampire or a dhampir being the son of Dracula?

    1. Quinn says:

I doubt koji Igarashi intends to besmirch his Castlevania timeline with Kid Dracula. Besides, where would it fit? Alucard’s visitation with dear old dad?

Kid Dracula was a cartoony game created by Konami for the game boy as an entertaining silly game for kids with concepts borrowed from Castlevania like Dracula, candles, bats and hearts. So many people made the connection because of its similar design, but even officially released Castlevania games have been edited out of the current timeline. Castlevania 64 has a better chance of becoming canon than Kid Dracula

Besides, he’s pure vampire, isn’t he? In that cartoony world Dracula surely has a vampire wife he married instead of creating Kid Dracula with a mortal woman out of wedlock. A little dark for a kid’s game, don’tcha think?
