What is a good ending for a vampire love story?

Take twilight or vampire diaries as an example a – the girl will eventually grow old and not be able to stay with her lover the vampire b- the girl is changed to a vampire, lives for hundreds of years changing locations so that she won’t be noticed, and they won’t be able to have kids. anyway, the ending will not be good and satisfying. Any ideas on nice vampire love stories ending. . like how can vampire diaries for example end?If a vampire bites his girlfriend she will not die, she’ll become a vampire
