Does anybody remember an old tv show from the 90s where there was like a vampire living in a school basement?

I can’t remember exact details because it was so obscure, but it’s been bothering me for a long time now. I just remember that it involved a skinny gothic kid hanging around a vampire or something, and it took place in a high school as far as I can remember.
